Understanding Waterscape Rentals.

When you rent a condo in Waterscape you are not going to a hotel. The rooms do not all look alike. Each Condo is owned by different individuals.

Each owner picks their own management. Our management company is onsite. If you have a problem, you need only walk to or call the front desk. In addition our email is listed in both units. I can't promise that you will not have a problem, but if you email us I can promise I will address it promptly.
If you read a review that says the beds are uncomfortable, know that does not mean that all beds in the whole Waterscape complex are uncomfortable. Of the 4 beds in our two condos, three are sleep number beds. You pick if you want those beds hard or soft.
Ground Floor means 100 level rooms. 200 level rooms walk out to grass, but you must walk down a large set of stairs to reach the bottom pool and beach. You can use an elevator. When booking our units you get the bottom level.
For the second summer we have booked B112 solid. Tis is our first full summer owning B110 and it booked solid also. If you like what we have please call early to book!

We booked this condo (Unit B110) for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute. The interior was decorated with just the right touch - elegant but also low-fuss so we felt at home at once.Our two young children loved the bunk area and had plenty of space to spread out to play - in the few moments we were indoors! The resort was also fantastic to work with for check in/check out. The variety of pools was wonderful for our two non-swimming toddlers, and the location of the unit provides easy access to the pool and the beach. So few stairs to worry about! The description is accurate - you can literally pull up to right outside the unit to unload, and this is a rarity for the resort as a whole. We highly recommend for a beach stay if you want to just enjoy the water and not have any details to worry about!

One treasure at Waterscape that you really don't see in the pictures.

One area that is great for toddlers is the covered play area. It has chairs for parents or grandparents to watch close by while little one climb and play on toddler toys.

Unit B110 and B112 has is a high chair in each unit. Attention to detail is what we do! GB :)

Great Place to Stay

08/14/2011 -- Stayed a week at B112 at Waterscape. The unit was great. Convenient to the pools, courtyard, parking lots. It was fully supplied with anything you need to prepare meals. This is a parfect place to bring families with young children to young adults. There is fun, fun, fun, everywhere. The only disapointment we had was with the algae/moss in the ocean. We had it all week. It made the ocean a little less desireable to enjoy. Talked to some locals and they said it happens sometimes. You can't predict it. Thanks to all the pools, we had alternatives to go to. The resort has nice little touches to make your stay even better. Movie night for the kids on Friday, ice cream on Thurs. afternoon, free DVD's, etc. We'll return again. -- John S.

This is the best time of the year to take a vacation at Waterscape. The prices at Waterscape have dropped and the weather is still very hot! If it is too late to plan this year's vacation, keep this in mind for next year's vacation. You can book our units up to a year in advance.

Both units still have the first week of August available! Why? We only rent during prime time summer for 7 days. Waterscape has very few Units with 7 days available for that time period. So if you were thinking about a week at the beach right before school starts, your dream can still be realized. Our units are on the ground Floor facing the pool. It doesn't get any better than a lazy day at the beach!

Dolphin This Morning!

This morning around 8:45 I took a walk on the beach. I saw 2 very large dolphins swimming in the ocean. The water is very calm and that makes it much easier to spot the dolphins. I stopped and talked to a man from Dallas who told me that when he was on the pier yesterday there was about a 300 pound sea turtle that was swimming around. Wow! GB :)
